Refund & Service Termination Policy

Effective Date: 22-05-2025

Disclaimer: I do not sell hosting or domain services. I provide expert setup and configuration services to help clients deploy their websites on platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, etc. Hosting must be purchased separately by the client.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund if service doesn’t begin within 7-15 business days after full payment and requirement submission
  • No refund if the project is already started or completed
  • Third-party expenses (domain, licenses) are non-refundable

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Client changes scope or becomes unresponsive after work starts
  • Client dissatisfaction due to design choices previously approved
  • Work has already been delivered

3. Monthly & Ongoing Services

You may cancel any recurring service (maintenance, security, backups) before the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts.

4. Termination & Handover

Upon service discontinuation, all completed and approved digital assets (e.g., website files, design deliverables, source code) will be securely transferred to the client within 15 business days. Delivery will be made via a secure downloadable link or client-provided storage platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).

5. Domain Ownership

We register domains under our clients accounts and transfer it's permission to our account for management ease. On cancellation, we will revoke any permissions upon request.

6. Disputes

Refund or service issues must be raised within 30 days of payment by emailing support@cloudwisel.com.
