Disclaimer: I do not sell hosting or domain services. I provide expert setup and configuration services to help clients deploy their websites on platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, etc. Hosting must be purchased separately by the client.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue the usage of our services.
2. Services Offered
CloudWisel provides digital SaaS-based services, including:
- Custom and CMS-based website development
- Domain and Website Setup/Deployment (via your chosen provider)
- Server setup, management & security
- Performance optimization and digital marketing
- Graphic and UI/UX design
All services are digital; no physical goods are sold.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due in advance unless agreed otherwise. Pricing is per plan or custom quotation.
4. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are available only under the specific terms listed in our Refund Policy. Projects are non-refundable once initiated unless there’s a verified delay or breach from our side.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables are transferred to clients after full payment. Tools and themes from third parties remain under their original licenses.
6. Use of Third-Party Platforms
We integrate services such as AWS, Hostinger, Cloudflare, and others per client requirements. Terms of use for these platforms also apply.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services in case of policy violations, non-payment, or abuse. Clients can cancel services at any time per cancellation terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
All services are offered “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect damages arising from usage or performance issues, especially involving third-party platforms.
